Hotel Rába is situated in the middle of the baroque centre of Győr, within easy reach from the M1-E60 motorway - half way between Budapest and Vienna. It was exactly 100 years ago that the Hotel Rába opened under the name of its founder the Meixner-Royal Hotel. The hotel has been the centre of social life in Győr for a hundred years, and many celebrities have stayed here during their visits.
